Our service fee (commission) is only billed to the brand after a successful collaboration is concluded. Since this fee is paid post-service delivery, it is non-refundable.
Sponsored boost packages are digital marketing services that are activated immediately upon purchase. Due to the instantaneous nature of these services, they are not eligible for refunds.
